Graphocephala teliformis

Graphocephala teliformis occurs in mixed and deciduous forests of eastern North America. It is a relatively large leafhopper (included in the G. coccinea species complex), 7-9 mm long. The adult is green or bluish-green with 2-3 contrasting red stripes. This species feeds on sap of Choke Cherry (Prunus virginiana) and other deciduous shrubs.
